So rude customer service of a pig I rang this shop as I am a tourist I was staying at a luxury cabin around the Yorkshire area so i called this company or should I say shambles and I spoken to what I thought at first was somebody I had pranked as the shock from the gentle man or should I say rude teenager I spoken to was unbelievable asking me as the customer why I was calling this number I mean I just wanted an order 29 with a side of vanilla ice cream however what I got served was verbal diarrhoea on the phone that made me infuriated I did try to apologise to this member of staff that I may have the incorrect number in which he replied no u havent I work there it is just passed delivering times so if the customer service represents the food it will be cold, out of date and very distasteful I hope he chockes on a Maryland cookie and learns how to talk properly without sounding like simon out of the imbetweeners one word rat

Was going to treat my grandchildren to ice cream after a visit to Santa at Langlands Saturday 1 DecemberTurned up around 17:00 and Swirls was closed although the advertised closing time is. 18:00.Totally disappointed. I can understand closing early weekdays because of lack of business but not on Saturday? Unless of course an unexpected problem occurred.
Haven't tried their ice-cream but the jacket potatoes are brilliant.
Tastes amazing everytime I go there! Kinder Bueno is my favourite I'd give 100 stars if that was possible!!!! The gelato is so creamy and smooth and tastes so sweet and nice! Can't wait to try their milkshakes! !!
