Emma is amazing. No matter what you think of personal trainers, she will surprise you. She knows how to push, but also when to push. After Christmas I was feeling so down with myself for letting it go, so was a bit worried about what she'd say - I needed a push, but the right push, and that's what I got! Lovely private studio, no need to worry about what anyone else is doing, or what equipment you can get your hands on - it's all there for you and you alone.
Emma is the best Personal trainer I could wish for, she's really helped me improve my diet and overall fitness and reach goals that would never have been possible without her help. If you're looking for a personal trainer as a woman I definitely recommend her she helps with diet, workout plans and gives you tonnes of motivation. All for a reasonable price and convenient location.
