Not good Im afraid , Should of known as No one in restaurant on a Saturday night .. Not going back.
Got take away special fried rice was perfect and very nice portion.The special chow mein was very good and the noodles came separate rather than mixed with dish which made it better.I had the special sweet and sour the chunks of pineapple and peppers mixed with the prawns chicken etc were lovely.Got portion of chips which was very large portion very nice.Would definitely be going back.
Generous portion sizes and good food with very quick service. Would recommend. We had sweet and sour chicken, chicken chow mein, special fried rice and chips for takeaway.
Its becoming increasingly difficult to find a good Chinese and Jacks was no exception.The mixed starter for two would benefit from a quantity increase or price reduction of around 50%. Also the spring rolls were frozen in the middle. For mains we had chicken with ginger and spring onion (bland) and crispy beef with OK sauce (beefless batter and the sauce unpalatable) Service was good but unfortunately that would be enough to entice us back for another visit.
