Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Very good selection of string instruments and accessories in stock. I wanted a hard, carrying case for a banjo which was willingly and cheerfully ordered in for me to collect in a day or two. Would recommend.
I wanted a piece of music which was very difficult to find and the only place was a second-hand one from Pocklington via Amazon Market place.I rang Pocklington to check they had this copy and the staff member went to endless trouble to find out if they had got it. It arrived today - two days later - and the condition is as new and I am so impressed with the service from Pocklington Music - so helpful and pleasant and made the whole transaction just as one hopes.
