John Galley and his receptionist were very helpful when we contacted him to arrange an unexpected van hire to transport a couple of broken down bikes. He was very accomodating to our needs and understanding when we barely had enough ID to allow us to hire a van. The Ford Transit van itself was clean, roadworthy, comfortable to drive and exactly what we needed to get us out of quite a challenging situation. In a lucky break, he was even able to arrange a free trip back to York when I dropped the van back (due to another customer of his who happened to be heading that way)!! Thank you very much John.
