We came to York for a family get away, my husband and I stumbled across JJ's on Saturday afternoon, we had a nice pint in a really friendly and inviting environment. So much so we returned Sunday evening (all 14 of us)! Could not have asked for better service!!! Really put the icing on top of the cake to a fab weekend! Including the amazing ice cream to finish!! Thank you :)
Phoned made reservation. Very busy but fitted 10 of us in. food drinks service fantastic! Very reasonably priced. If back in area would definitely be back.
Amazing service. Can not fault the place. Perfect location for our joint 21st and 46th birthdays it waas asamazing quality and huge amount full of flavour and cooked fresh. They was fantastic as our party was large and also included a 2 year old. He loved running around the large table (it was quiet) if back in the area we would return .Definitely recommend if you have kids just be prepared for the stairs.
Been here a few times. Always had great service and good fresh food. The goulash here is amazing and you can tell they put in alot of effort into each dish.
